The 18th edition of the International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM) will be held in 2026 in Meknes. It is the essential event for agricultural stakeholders in Morocco and internationally.

Objectifs

1. The Livestock Hub (Heart of the 2026 edition) This is the most impressive area for the general public. Animal Exhibition: More than 2,500 specimens (cattle, sheep, goats, camelids) representing the best national and international breeds. Competitions: The traditional livestock competitions where breeders are rewarded for the genetic quality of their animals. 2. The Agri-Digital & Innovation Hub A space focused on the future. Drone Demonstrations: Soil analysis and precision spreading. AI Solutions: Farm management software that can predict irrigation needs or detect crop diseases via smartphone. 3. The International Hub & Guest of Honor Portugal Pavilion: An immersion into Portuguese expertise in water management and greenhouse technologies. 70 countries represented: A global overview of agricultural practices in one location. 4. The Local Products Area This is the favorite area for culinary discovery. Local Cooperatives: More than 500 Moroccan cooperatives showcase their olive oil, argan oil, honey, saffron, and dates. It's an opportunity to discover quality labels (PGI, PDO). 5. The Machinery Area Heavy Equipment: The latest tractors, harvesters, and precision irrigation systems as far as the eye can see. Demonstrations allow visitors to see the machines in action.

Programme

The trade show is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Monday, April 20: Official opening in the morning (restricted access). Open to professionals only from the afternoon onwards. Tuesday, April 21 & Wednesday, April 22: Days exclusively reserved for professionals. This is the ideal time for networking, signing agreements, and B2B meetings via the B2BConnect platform. From Wednesday, April 22 (afternoon) to Tuesday, April 28: Open to the general public. This period allows visitors to discover the regional areas, local products, and animal exhibits. 🏗️ Organized by Areas (12 Spaces) The Sahrij Souani site is divided into thematic zones: International Area: With Portugal as guest of honor (400 m² pavilion). Regions Hub: Highlighting the agricultural diversity of Morocco's 12 regions. Livestock Hub: The centerpiece of this edition, focused on animal health and welfare. Agri-Digital Hub: Dedicated to startups and new technologies (drones, IoT, applied AI). Agribusiness & Agricultural Supplies Hub: Presentation of the latest equipment and inputs. 🎤 Key Conferences and Events More than 40 thematic conferences are scheduled, with highlights on: Food Sovereignty: Strategies for sustainable livestock production in the face of climate change. Water Management: Demonstrations of smart irrigation and desalination technologies. Africa-Europe Cooperation: Co-creation sessions to adapt European technologies to the continent's needs. Livestock Show: Presentation and awards ceremony for the best cattle, sheep, and goat breeds (usually during the second weekend). 🎫 Practical Information Ticketing: Fully digital. It is recommended to book via the mobile app or the official website to avoid queues. Professional Access: Business and Business Plus badge holders enjoy unlimited access and access to the International Club for their meetings.
